Pricing is determined based on distance, volume of goods, manpower requirements, and additional services requested, and final charges may vary if there are changes at the time of service. Payments must be made through the approved payment methods available within the application. Users are responsible for ensuring that all goods handed over for transportation are legal, safe, and not prohibited by law. Packers and Movers will take reasonable care in handling items; however, the company is not liable for delays or service disruptions caused by traffic conditions, natural disasters, strikes, regulatory actions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any claims regarding damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Cancellation and refund requests are subject to applicable charges and company policies. The company reserves the right to suspend accounts providing false information and to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the application indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
